This site is written for U.S. retirement savers about U.S. retirement products. If you visit from the EU/EEA or UK, this notice summarizes how the GDPR and UK GDPR apply to the very limited data we handle.
What we process, and the lawful basis
- Email address (only if you submit our signup form) — processed on the basis of consent, to send you the resource you requested and related educational emails. Withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
- Server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) — processed by our hosting provider on the basis of legitimate interest (security and operation of the site), retained per the host’s policy.
We do not sell personal data, we do not profile visitors, and — as described in our Privacy Policy policy — we do not currently share personal data with gold IRA companies or lead buyers.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Because the only personal data we hold is an email list, most requests can be satisfied immediately — email us and we’ll confirm in writing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
International transfers
Our servers and email service provider are U.S.-based; by submitting your email you understand it will be processed in the United States.
